TERMS OF SERVICE Deo Electus Effective Date: April 30, 2025
1. Agreement to Terms By requesting services from Deo Electus LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services Provided Deo Electus LLC provides residential and commercial roofing services in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area, including roof inspections, repair and replacement, storm and hail damage repair, insurance claim assistance, and related exterior services.
3. Estimates and Pricing All estimates are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may be adjusted if hidden damage is discovered during work. Any scope changes will be communicated and approved by the Customer before proceeding.
4. Insurance Claims We may assist customers in documenting damage for insurance purposes. We make no guarantee that your insurance company will approve or pay any claim. The final determination rests solely with your insurer. Deo Electus is not a licensed public adjuster and does not act as one.
5. Payment Terms A deposit is required prior to work beginning as specified in your written estimate. Final payment is due upon completion. Late payments beyond 10 days may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge. For insurance jobs, payment is due upon receipt of insurance proceeds.
6. Warranties We provide a workmanship warranty as specified in your written estimate. Manufacturer warranties are passed through per manufacturer terms. Warranties are void if the property is modified by another party post-installation, damage results from acts of nature, or payment is not made in full.
7. Limitation of Liability Deo Electus's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Property Access Customer grants Deo Electus LLC permission to access the property for inspection, estimation, and contracted work. We are not responsible for minor disturbances inherent to roofing projects.
9. Cancellation Customer may cancel before work begins with written notice. If materials have been ordered or work has commenced, Customer is responsible for material costs and labor performed up to that point.
10. Dispute Resolution Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Tarrant County, Texas under American Arbitration Association rules. These Terms are governed by Texas law.
